2021 Giacomo Fenocchio Barbera d'Alba Superiore

Traditional method of fermentation of the grapes in contact with the skins, without added yeasts, for around 10 days in stainless steel tanks. Six months in stainless steel tanks, then six months in large Slavonian oak casks. The color is intense ruby ​​red with garnet reflections. aromas are bright and lifted, with typical hints of the vine and a full, dry flavour, with a marked and pleasant acidity.
