2020 Pyramid Valley North Canterbury Pinot Noir

Of four vineyards across North Canterbury, the most northerly is Omihi Saddle and the other free are all situated in Waipara, Top Block, Three Sisters and Porters Family. Fermented with 25% whole bunch in large open top fermenters then aged in French barrels with 20% new oak for 12 months before settling in stainless steel for a further 6 months before bottling unfined and unfiltered.
