2020 Pyramid Valley Central Otago Pinot Noir

From two vineyards in Central Otago, the first is situated in the Loburn sub-region and the second is in Bannockburn. Fermented in open-top fermenters and wooden barrels with 15% whole bunch before aging in old French barriques with 25% new. The wine is then settled in stainless steel on light lees for a further 6 months before bottling unfined and unfiltered.
