2020 DoReMi Kakhuri Mtsvane

Founded by two Friends, Mamuka & Giorgi, based in the Kakheti region within Georgia.

Their winemaking heritage is definitely natural leaning. Marked by the insistence of using native varieties, organic farming and fermenting in aged clay kvevri pots. 

Due to the light skin contact time (four days) - this looks relatively clear, with just a light of glimmmer of orange. Stone fruit aromatics dominate the nose, light hints of jasmine and green tea like tannins - CWS
