One of the biggest land owners in Chablis, William Fevre was founded in 1957 and its vineyard holdings include 12 hectares of premier Cru and 16 hectares of grand Cru vines. The Petit Chablis was matured in stainless steel vats for a period of 8-10 months to provide a distinctive freshness. 

Defined by a classic oyster shell minerality, touches of orchard fruit and lime on the nose, transitions into satiating flavours of flint white flowers and pears - lean and crisp, decent fruit, spice and honey in a light bodied and electric wine, inimitably suited to seafood and oysters.
