 For Pablo Alomar Salvioni, founder of Source the Earth (a fine wine wholesaler in Madrid), NK Selections was established with a clear vision to discover artisan high quality wine from exciting vineyards.

NK Blanco is sourced from an amazing vineyard in the Calatayud. 100% Macabea is used to give texture and length, glimmers of lemon and stone fruit on the nose, lead to a crescendo of acid and clear minerality on the finish.
