Established in 1999 by husband and wife duo Peter and Suzanne Williams. Redesdale Estate wines are all produced from a small, low-yielding vineyard fronting the Campaspe River.

Profound red colour with traces of deep purple. There is a density of flavour without the expense of freshness. An interchanging array of spice, dark stone fruits and fine -grained tannins lead to a delicious palate.

With the ripe dark fruits and finely pitched acidity, this will hold court nicely with Braised short ribs and crispy topped creamy gratin.
