2017 Bird on a Wire Syrah

Cool fruited and refined Syrah from Yarra Glen, a little ‘Rhône like’ you might say. Peppery, a little stemmy as a result of some whole bunch fermentation and plush fruit in the form of cherry and plum.  A wonderfully polished Syrah from Caroline Mooney. If steak is what you’re craving, this is the wine for you.
