2019 Pierre-Yves Colin-Morey Saint Aubin Hommage a Marguerite Premier Cru
Often referenced as one of the young rising stars of Burgundy, Pierre-Yves Colin-Morey has become well recognized as one of the greatest winemakers in the world
Drawing from three separate premier cru vineyards in Saint Aubin: Combes, Perrières and les Creots. Due to frost and hail damage of the 2019 vintage, this wine has been transformed into a bright, poised and incredibly elegant wine. Pretty florals are the forefront on the nose, on the palate we see fresh orchard fruit, spice, lemon pith and subtle mealy characters intertwined by a clean acid line.
