2018 Curly Flat Pinot Noir
Some wines become much loved after just a generation. Curly Flat is one of those. Though you’ll find it in thoughtful restaurants and bottle shops most places, it’s not that bad kind of ubiquitous.
Gifted local master Matt Harrop joined the fold in 2017, whose talents can only take this local pinot close toward the mythical Leunig vision on which Curly Flat was named.
‘dark red cherries, sweet spice and wet earth tones lead into a wonderfully ripe core that has details and accents that delight. A fine rolling tannin carries the flavours along.’
